3. Registration and Account
When creating an account, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Update your information when it changes
- Maintain password confidentiality
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Not share your account with others
4. Usage Rules
You must comply with the following rules:
- Use the platform for legitimate purposes only
- Not attempt to manipulate voting results
- Not use another person's identity for voting
- Not attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
- Disclose any conflicts of interest

5. Electronic Voting
When voting, you should know:
- Each vote is recorded permanently and cannot be changed after submission

6. Proxies (Delegation)
According to Article 25 of the Governance Regulation:
- A member may delegate another member to vote on their behalf
- The proxy must be documented and approved
- A delegate may not represent more than one member
- The proxy can be revoked before voting begins
7. Conflict of Interest
According to Article 26 of the Governance Regulation:
- Any conflict of interest must be disclosed
- A member may not vote on items where there is a conflict
- Disclosures are documented in the meeting minutes
8. Liability and Warranties
Edlaabox:
- Makes every effort to ensure accuracy and security of voting operations
- Is not responsible for failures due to force majeure
- Does not guarantee 100% continuous service availability
- Reserves the right to suspend service for maintenance
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of the platform are reserved to Edlaabox, including:
- Logos and trademarks
- Interface design and graphics
- Software and source code
- Content and texts
10. Service Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account in the following cases:
- Violation of these terms
- Attempted manipulation or fraud
- Using the platform for illegal purposes
- Non-payment of due fees (for paid services)
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved through the competent Saudi courts.
12. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of material changes 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform means acceptance of the amended terms.
